6 simple steps

Welcome to our online registration

Our online registration process is quick, free and easy to use. You simply follow the five easy steps below. If you have any questions, please call Marketing Support on
0870 787 7625 or refer to the full registration guide.

Step 1. Enter your firms address details

You will need to enter the full postal address, contact numbers and DX details if applicable.
Note: If you have more than one branch you must register each one separately.

Step 2. Accept terms and conditions

Please tick the agreement box to indicate you have read them.

Step 3. Add main contact details and select login type

Enter an e-mail address, username and password for the three main contacts within your firm:
Senior contact - The main contact for review meetings or notification of SearchFlow developments.
Administrator contact - The person responsible day to day administration such as adding new contacts and assigning passwords.
Accounts contact - Who will receive the e-mailed invoices.

There are three login options to choose from:
Generic user login: The same username & password applies to all your users.
Individual user login: Each user is allocated their own unique username and password
Individual user login and generic password: Each user is allocated a unique username with a generic password.

Step 4. Confirm and print the Direct Debit mandate

Confirm details are correct and print the direct debit mandate.

Step 5. Post the Direct Debit mandate

Complete and return your completed direct debit mandate to us. As soon as we receive your completed form you will be able to start ordering searches.
